CONSULTATIONS
As the name of our Company implies, consultation in all the fields of our expertise is an essential part of our business profile. Naturally, we give consultation in all areas and on all items listed on our Services home page and on its linked pages.
At SMW Consultants, we recognise two types of consultation:
In the former case, consultation is a separate activity not resulting in a subsequent contact between you and SMW Consultants to complete a piece of work for you. Naturally, you only pay for the consultation time and eventual incremental costs due to this consultancy.
In the second case, you prefer to consult SMW first, and then decide to order a specific service from us. In that case, we consider the first consultation being an integral part of your service order, and these consultation costs will be deducted from your final invoice.
Consultation is available in the following modes:
Whichever mode you select, do not hesitate to contact SMW Consultants asking advise to your specific needs. Notice that consultation by letter, fax and e-mail is not limited to the regular business hours. At SMW Consultants, the latter are flexible, however, and depending on the availability of the staff at office. In Finland, we are on the time zone GMT+2H, which is 2 hours ahead the Greenwich Mean Time, with 1h change between summer/winter time.
While sending us your message, do not forget to include your contact information, and instructions how you would like us to contact you.
We will respond to all your messages at earliest convenience, and guarantee the acknowledgement of the receipt of your message within 24h of its arrival. The final response naturally depends on the nature and extent of your demand.
